Sangeeta Shahane has been actively involved in the field of Effective Communication and Soft Skills for the past 15 years. Currently a Soft Skill Trainer and Adjunct Faculty at ICFAI Business School, Gurgaon, her job involves conducting training sessions to teach Soft Skills through experiential learning and Effective Business Communication Skills in order to enhance the employability skills of the Management students. She has also been actively involved in conducting customized English language training for large number of under-graduate, graduate students as well as professionals.

Over the years she has designed tailor made modules for students with specialized background or needs. In the ensuing period she has conceptualized, devised and conducted English conversation and Soft skills development courses for some of the biggest names in the Hospitality and Service industry.

A graduate from Delhi University, Monica Bajaj did her post graduation in English from M.D. University, Rohtak. She is passionate about the language and keeps devising new methodologies to keep pace with the dynamic changes taking place globally.

She has been a corporate trainer with leading consultancies and firms. She has also worked as a consultant for Quality and Environmental certification. (ISO 14000). With over 10years of experience as a soft skills trainer with leading engineering and management colleges, she specializes in taking the trainees along for a drive in/with her expressive and innovative techniques of experiential learning.
