A product of the Lucknow University, Prof. Saxena has a vast experience of 45 years of teaching English Literature and language at degree and post graduate level. The prestigious institutions he worked at include Hindu College, Sonepat, Govt. College, Rohtak, Govt. College, Faridabad and CITM.

Mr. Saxena had been Member of Academic Council and also member of the Post Graduate Board of Studies, M.D. University. He was a reviewer for National Herald, Delhi; a talker from A.I.R. Rohtak; and conducted short-term courses in English communication for Hindi journalists at Indian Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi.

He has worked on numerous projects with Siemens, Keane, ASA Mentor, WM Data and Logica working on projects in the following industries Oil and Gas, Power, Infrastructure, Electrical and Electronics, Postal in HR, Sales and Distribution, Material Management vertical. He has conducted numerous workshops in the realm of appreciation of project management for management and engineering colleges, government institutes.

A full time MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, (FMS), Delhi University, heads Ebony & Ivory, a full service advertising agency accredited with the INS. She worked at key positions with The Times of India and HCL Groups before partnering the Delhi branch of Master Ads, an advertising agency, in 1994.

She is also a director of Abhiyan Marketing Services (P) Limited, an associate communications design and marketing services company. She was been a direct associate with HDFC Bank  and  HDFC standard life insurance for more than 10 years

Col. Sangwan was commissioned in the Indian Army as an Engineering Graduate from Indian Military Academy, Dehradun in 1972. A science graduate from Birla Institute of Science and Technology, Pilani, he did his Post Graduation from Govt. Engineering College, Jabalpur. He completed MBA (Personnel Management and HRD) from the Indian Institute of Modern Management (IIMM), Pune.

He served as an Astt. Professor and Professor for two tenures of 2 years each in the only  premier Telecom Engineering Institute of the Indian Army- “The College of Telecom Engineering”, Mhow. At heart an academician, works with various NGO’s for the upliftment and education of the weaker sections of the society

Deepa Diddi has over 17 years of teaching experience of degree and postgraduate classes in various reputed colleges across the country. She has been involved in research and training in the field of Soft Skills for the past 13 years.

Dr. Diddi has attended many national and international seminars with over 10 publications to her credit. She has written two books one on Effective Communication Skills and the other on Handwriting Analysis. She has been a consultant to many T&D Institutes, helping them devise customized modules for students, faculty, and professionals.

She has been a corporate trainer and a leading Graphologist for eminent business houses at Pune. A spiritual healer and an exponent in Yoga she has conducted workshops and seminars on meditation, stress and anger management for various corporates.

Prof.  Jatkar has published more than 75 research papers in India and foreign journals. He has been guiding M.V.Sc and Ph.D. students in Veterinary College and a large number of M.D. students for Medical Colleges. He has been a founder member of the Veterinary Council of India and member of number of Associations and President of Society of Basic and Applied Microbiology (SABM).

Ex-Dean, College of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry, Bikaner;he has worked as Professor of Microbiology in Mahatma Gandhi Medical College at Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Presently he is the Principal of D.T.M. College of Bio-Sciences, Bikaner. He is a senior trainer and a motivational trainer.

Presently works with a leading tour operator in Gurgaon where her primary client base is from the USA& Canada, Australia, Western Europe besides others. Praveen Langham has been an extremely familiar and friendly face for the Indian inbound travel industry for over 25 years now. She remained part of the ITC  Welcomgroup’s sales and marketing team based at Delhi and during a long tenure spanning over 20 years, handled various responsibilities and  function areas.

Mr. Mahajan has held senior management positions in both the public and private sector. Having started his career at Asea Brown Boveri, he has worked at Richardson Hindustan Ltd. (now Procter and Gamble India Ltd.) and was most recently Managing Director of NAFED.

He is now member of Board of Directors of SELAN. His wide experience in the industry makes him stand out as a mentor for the aspiring technocrats and managers alike.

Currently working as a faculty with Management Development Institute, Gurgaon (MDI) , she teaches Financial and Management Accounting , Corporate Finance to executive and regular MBA students. Prior to MDI, she has also worked with ICFAI Business School and Faculty of Management Studies-Delhi University. She   takes  special courses in finance like Management of Financial Institutions.

She also takes regular sessions for Management Development Programmes and Faculty Development Programmes.

Mr. Sharma joined the M.P Administrative services in 1958 and was promoted as an officer in the Indian Administrative Services. During his administrative tenure he held varied sensitive assignments. He had been on deputation to various departments, like Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Delhi Development Authority and India Tourism Development Corporation.

He is an active member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association. Develops and designs modules for law firms and senior managers. Helps in conception and designing of policy matters for corporate houses.

Nitin Shahane completed his graduation from the University of Rajasthan followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism and Hotel Management. He is presently based in Gurgaon and operates his own exclusive setup, handling customized travel operations as well as guiding a number of small hoteliers setting up new projects in various parts of the country.

He was also actively involved in the process of recruiting staff at various levels, analyzing their skills as well as approving their annual appraisals. In one of the companies he was also actively involved in obtaining the ISO 9001 benchmark for the company.
