“Experiential Learning”

The required Skills are acquired by taking the trainee through the experience of facing a variety of real life situations in a simulated environment. This provides a platform where one learns to react appropriately and handle any given situation effectively in the form of ‘Role Play’. Later these acquired skills come handy while facing the real life scenario in the personal as well as professional arena.

Pre Training Assessment
Assessment of  the educational qualifications and personality traits of the group  by our consultants and content developers.
Existing performance and attitude of the group is taken into account.
Performance gaps are identified.
Training needs are objectified.
Outline the training objectives.
Discuss the objectives and methodology with the Organizational Heads.
Conceptualize and design the programme.
Training Delivery
Conduct the programme.
Emphasis is on experiential learning.
  • Role plays and case studies are the mainstay of the teaching- methodology.
  • The trainers are facilitators and not Instructors.
  • The training sessions are evaluated and an effective feedback is provided to the trainees.
Post Training Analysis
Measure / Evaluate / Discuss the Training Effectiveness.
