Softalk Pre-Placement (STPP):
Ready... Aim... Fire!

One of our most sought after programme for the students of Engineering and Management colleges is the Softalk Pre-Placement Program (STPP).

 The program is designed and conceptualized in a manner to make the students confident and ready to face the selection process during Campus Recruitment conducted by companies visiting the colleges. STPP offers two courses viz., Written Test Preparation and HR Selection Program.

Written Test Preparation:

The Softalk Aptitude course is designed to help the students clear the written tests conducted by organizations as part of their recruitment process. The Aptitude course is an enriching experience for students. The module is sufficiently balanced by examples, tricks, techniques and problems, thereby giving the student an extra edge which is required in any competitive exam. It is one of the most comprehensive, well-structured and effective courses available to students preparing for campus placements.

The programme improves the students’ level of communication, confidence, learning ability, team skills, decision making skills, logical thinking ability, and business etiquettes. Stress is laid on verbal and non verbal aspects of communication.
